 400 g Minced chicken meat
 300 g Chinese cabbage (12 leaves)
 170 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 120 g Carrot
 60 g Basmati rice
 60 g Onion
 20 g Garlic
Ingredients for Sauce
 400 g Chopped tomatoes in their own juice
 250 g Milk 2%
 20 g Flour
 10 g Garlic
 Cilantro, salt, pepper

Fry minced meat, onion and garlic in a pan. Boil the rice.

Add the grated carrots, paprika and boiled rice to the minced meat and continue to fry. Add salt and spices.

In Chinese cabbage, cut off the hard bottom part, select the largest leaves and lower them into boiling water for 5 minutes.

Put the minced meat with rice on the wide side of the cabbage leaf and roll it into a roll (bending the side edges so that the filling does not leak out).
