 100 g Banana
 80 g Milk 2%
 50 g Whole oat flakes
 1 tbsp Cocoa (15 g)
 1 tbsp Peanut butter (20 g)
 Sweetener as needed

Blend all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass with a blender.

Put the mass in silicone molds and put in the oven at 170-175 °C and bake for ~25 minutes.
