Thick pizza with chicken and mushrooms
I really enjoyed the "quick pizza pan" that I decided to bake it again, but in a larger format, with a little "improvement" for the next working week with lunch.
Everyone always tastes pizza. And the good thing about it is that it can be made from almost anything that can be found in the fridge…

Grate the zucchini, add a little salt and set aside to melt. After min 15 of them squeeze the excess juice.
Blend the curd with the eggs.
Zucchini is added to the egg - curd mass. Add spices, garlic, flour.
The mixed mass is applied to a baking tray to form a square shape for the base (29 x 35cm assembly).
Put in the oven and bake for ~ 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms, onions and fry in a pan lightly smeared with oil, if necessary add a little water. Set aside to cool. If necessary, pour off excess liquid.
Grate the cheese and add the cooled mushrooms to the onion. Add sliced chicken, sliced onions, finely chopped tomatoes, spices.
Remove almost the base, smear with salsa sauce and cover with extinct mushroom-vegetable - cheese mass.
Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 15 minutes.
