Salmon with vegetables and pearl barley

When you want something tasty and hearty - try, for example, this curry. :)
Cut the chicken fillet, champignons, onions, and garlic - and fry in a pan with 10 g of oil. Place in a large pot and set aside for now.
Cut all the vegetables into pieces (pumpkin, carrot, pepper, onion, mushrooms).
Pour 70 g of couscous with 150 g of boiling water and leave to swell.
Put carrots and pumpkin in a heated pan with 10 g of oil (if the pumpkin is of a soft variety, then add it to the pan later).
After some time, add pepper, broccoli, and zucchini. Everything is fried/sauteed half-cooked.
Add vegetables to the chicken fillet and mushrooms to the pot. Add spices. Cook everything for 10-15 minutes.
Add coconut milk, curry paste and spices. Sauté for ~10 minutes.
Add the spinach and sauté for another ~5 minutes.
