 160 g Avocado
 130 g Canned tuna chunks in their own juice (Drain off excess liquid)
 80 g Tomato
 80 g Red onion
 8 g Cilantro
 ½ Lemon juice
 Salt, pepper
Directions

Squash the avocado and add lemon juice. Finely chop the onion, tomato, and cilantro. Add salt and pepper.

Add shredded canned tuna to the mixed mass.
Stir.
