Apple pie (pan)
Fantastically delicious quick apple pie in a pan. A great way to pamper yourself and your loved ones on vacation.
I've been thinking about apples for some time - that I want something delicious from them. And there was a reason: my blog's 11th birthday! And so, this delicacy was born.
To make cheesecake, I used a metal circle with a diameter of 14 cm with an acetate plate lined from the inside (which is higher than the circle itself) and fastened the edges with paper clips.
For the base, grind the muesli with a blender and knead them into a homogeneous mass with a banana. To moisturize, if necessary, add another 10 g of maple leaf syrup. If the mass seems too wet or sticky, put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Put the mass in a form and form a "basket" with ~3.5 cm high edges.
Peel the apples, cut into small pieces, put them in a saucepan, add water and sweetener, and cook. Cool it down.
Mix the yogurt with the cooled apples.
Pour 12 g of gelatin with water and let it swell.
Dissolve the swollen gelatin in a hot water bath or in a microwave oven (in short pulses).
Add the dissolved gelatin to the apple-yogurt mass and pour it into the base.
Put the mold in the refrigerator so that the mass hardens.
Decorate as you wish.

Sometimes the stomach needs a little relief after the party. Light and at the same time sufficiently rich vegetable-mushroom stew.
