
Turkey fillet cutlets with home-made cheese and vegetables
Cottage cheese plus turkey fillet is a great combination – delicious and tender meatballs and an excellent source of protein.
See its total nutritional value: it can all be eaten in one day and will consume (corresponding to the average weight of a woman to lose weight) only 1400 kcal, as well as all the necessary nutrients.

Pumpkin, cottage cheese, eggs and spices are blended in a food processor.

Put in the oven for ~ 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
