 490 g Pumpkin
 250 g Skimmed milk curd
 Eggs
 120 g Flour (I put corn)
Top components
 240 g Mushrooms
 125 g Bell pepper
 88 g Onion
 22 g Garlic
 140 g "Strongman" cheese or other flat cheese
 50 g Natural yogurt
 30 g Pūre adjika
 Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation

Pumpkin, cottage cheese, eggs and spices are blended in a food processor.

Add the flour, mix everything, cover the mass on a baking tray to form a round or square shape on the base.

Put in the oven and bake for ~ 20 minutes (semi-finished).

Cut mushrooms, onions and garlic and fry in a pan.

Add chopped peppers a little later. Shake and place in a colander, drain the excess liquid. Cool.

Grate the cheese and mix with the cooled vegetables.

Remove the half-baked base and apply the yoghurt-adjika mixture to it, cooling slightly.
