Couscous salad with sun - dried tomatoes
If it happens to you that you do not want meat or fish at all - try this salad.
Do you probably find such a combination of products strange? But, you try! Very delicious and healthy breakfast!
Cut into cubes avocado, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add sliced tomatoes, chopped greens.
Mix everything with cottage cheese and yogurt.
Serve on buns, cassettes, or as I do: perform Grain-strength corn cakes. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
