
Quinoa and Turkish pea salad (with or without avocado)
Really hearty and delicious! Delicious with and without avocado sauce.
Or do you like quick, easy meals? Once again, I'm happy about "Smart Grains"! Delicious both warm and cold!
Boil 1 liter of water, to which is added a cube of vegetable broth. Put "Smart Grains" in it and cook for 12 minutes.
Put the salmon in a pan, pour a little water, put the lid on the pan and sauté it soft.
In another pan, fry 5 g of oil, chopped onion and garlic. Add frozen vegetables, a little water, spices and sauté ready.
Add the boiled grains, squeezed salmon (or tuna) into pieces, mix everything and cook for another ~ 3-4 minutes. More greens can be added on top.
The nutritional value is indicated by salmon.
