 90 g "Smart grains" No.2 (or any other cereals 90 g)
 400 g Frozen vegetable mix "Mexico"
 200 g Salmon fillet (or 130g canned tuna in its own juice)
 120 g Onion
 12 g Kipok
 5 g Extra virgin olive oil
 Salt, pepper, a mixture of Mediterranean spices
 1 Vegetable broth cube (may not be placed)
Preparation

Boil 1 liter of water, to which is added a cube of vegetable broth. Put "Smart Grains" in it and cook for 12 minutes.

Put the salmon in a pan, pour a little water, put the lid on the pan and sauté it soft.

In another pan, fry 5 g of oil, chopped onion and garlic. Add frozen vegetables, a little water, spices and sauté ready.

Add the boiled grains, squeezed salmon (or tuna) into pieces, mix everything and cook for another ~ 3-4 minutes. More greens can be added on top.

The nutritional value is indicated by salmon.
