Cottage cheese cake Summer
Servings6 Serving
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
300 g Fat curd cream Alma
 400 g Skimmed milk kefir
 230 g Strawberry
 230 g Apricots
 100 g Raspberries
 40 g Gelatin
Optional sweetener (for me erythrol + stevia concentrate)
 40 g Dark Chocolate (Decor)
 40 g Cream 10% (Decor)
Directions
1

There are ~ 120g of ripe strawberries left.

2

Pour 40g of gelatin with cold water and bring to a swell.

3

Other strawberries and apricots cut into small pieces.

4

Thoroughly blend the delayed strawberries with alma, cottage cheese, kefir, sweetener in a homogeneous mass.

5

Add sliced fruit to the mass.

6

Put the swollen gelatin in a hot water bath (or like me: for 1 minute in the microwave).

7

Add the dissolved gelatin to the curd - fruit mass and pour into the form. I use a form with removable edges, inside which I spread a cling film.

8

Allow to freeze in the refrigerator.

9

Decor: put a bowl of chocolate and sour cream in a hot water bath and melt (or as I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds). Pour the mass into a bag, cut off the very end and decorate the cake. Put raspberries (or other berries) on top.
