Curd-Vanilla Dessert with Berries and Fruits
When berry season begins, you must make this dessert!!!
For some time now, I think I want to make delicious marshmallows too. Here they are.

First prepare the surface on which to place the marshmallows - sprinkle with cornstarch (they will be sticky).
Sprinkle the gelatin with cold water and allow to swell.
Put the syrup on the stove and heat- BUT DO NOT BOIL.
Melt the gelatin in a bowl and start foaming at medium speed. When the gelatin has foamed, pour the heated syrup over in a small jet - without stopping foaming. Foam for ~ 10 minutes until the mass is thick, one that does not fall from the spoon and sticks to the frother.
The mass is filled into a pastry bag and squeezed marshmallows of the desired shape and size.
The tray with marshmallows is left to "dry" for ~ 2 hours.
Then sprinkle them all over the surface through a sieve with cornstarch. Pour all into a sieve and "shake" so that the starch evenly surrounds all the marshmallows.

Something simple and infinitely delicious…

For a long time, I wanted to make something like this to show once again that we can eat potatoes, and this does not harm our weight.

Laiks arī šķelto zirņu biezputrai. Manas bērnības garša. Pati nesaprotu, kādēļ man tā bērnībā negaršoja!
