Ingredients for dough (2 buns)
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 1 Egg
 50 g Cornmeal (or other)
 1 tsp. Baking Powder Salt
Ingredients for filling
 70 g Tea cheese (or other skimmed cheese)
 30 g Dorblu sieve (or other fatty cheese with a distinct taste)
 70 g Cold smoked turkey fillet (or other lean meat / or fish)
 25 g Onion green feather
 1 Cherry tomato decor
 2 Eggs
Directions

Mix the dough ingredients (I recommend using rubber gloves, this greatly facilitates the process) and create "boats" by hand directly on the baking sheet, baking paper.

Grate the cheese, cut finely turkey fillet, mix everything with 2 eggs, add sliced onions.

Fill in boats and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 25 minutes.
