Salad with avocado, blackberry and Turkish peas
When making a cake, there are blackberries left - what to do with them? Correct: make a delicious salad.
The most delicious snack of my childhood - eclipse. Well the healthy version for this treat.
Boil water (125g) with butter and salt.
Add flour mixed with soda. Stir while heating until the dough bounces off the edges (~ 2min). Cool.
Add eggs one by one and beat until smooth.
Place in a pastry bag (or in a regular cut-off bag) and squeeze out "sausages" about 7 cm long.
Put in the oven at the beginning of 220 degrees and bake at the beginning for ~ 10 minutes so that the cakes rise. Then reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the cakes are browned. Cool.
Put all the cream ingredients in a saucepan and heat, stirring, until the mass begins to thicken.
Allow to cool.
Whey protein (or dried milk) pour into a dry heated pan and fry until caramel color.
Pour 90 g of milk into a saucepan and add the fried protein powder. Stir and heat until the mass becomes thick. Cool.
Add 80-100 culinary cottage cheese "White" or Ricotta and whipped cream. The amount of cottage cheese is regulated by its consistency - so that it can be filled into eclairs.
Cream is pressed into the cooled eclairs with a pastry nozzle.
You can simply sprinkle icing sugar on the decor, or soak in glaze (melt 40 g of RED chocolate with 50-60 g of milk).
