Salad with quinoa, kale and feta cheese
An interesting, unusual but very tasty and filling salad.
The most delicious snack of my childhood - eclipse. Well the healthy version for this treat.
Boil water (125g) with butter and salt.
Add flour mixed with soda. Stir while heating until the dough bounces off the edges (~ 2min). Cool.
Add eggs one by one and beat until smooth.
Place in a pastry bag (or in a regular cut-off bag) and squeeze out "sausages" about 7 cm long.
Put in the oven at the beginning of 220 degrees and bake at the beginning for ~ 10 minutes so that the cakes rise. Then reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the cakes are browned. Cool.
Put all the cream ingredients in a saucepan and heat, stirring, until the mass begins to thicken.
Allow to cool.
Whey protein (or dried milk) pour into a dry heated pan and fry until caramel color.
Pour 90 g of milk into a saucepan and add the fried protein powder. Stir and heat until the mass becomes thick. Cool.
Add 80-100 culinary cottage cheese "White" or Ricotta and whipped cream. The amount of cottage cheese is regulated by its consistency - so that it can be filled into eclairs.
Cream is pressed into the cooled eclairs with a pastry nozzle.
You can simply sprinkle icing sugar on the decor, or soak in glaze (melt 40 g of RED chocolate with 50-60 g of milk).

An interesting, unusual but very tasty and filling salad.
As a result of the experiment, delicious, filling cookies were made for me from the remaining pumpkin puree.
Simple, very yummy and very quick to make salad.
This delicacy has not been cooked for a long time, but since it is very popular in our family, I will be happy to cook it again. This time with fresh raspberries.
