After Easter, many of us usually have a lot of eggs left. Where do they all be put? Make a delicious, hearty lavash cheese-egg cake. As usual: everything is simple and fast.

Grate carrots, eggs, cheese. 30 g of cheese is left aside.
Carrots, eggs, cheese mixed with cottage cheese, add squeezed garlic, salt, spices of your choice.
Put the first mini lavash and apply part of the mass. Put another lava on top and put the mass on top again. The same is repeated with the other lavashes. The latter is covered by the mass.
Put the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 10 minutes.
Remove, sprinkle the remaining 30 g of cheese on top and put it back in the oven for another ~ 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
