 180 g Skimmed milk curd (sachet because it is more homogeneous)

 50 g Greens (dill, parsley, coriander) garlic
 Salt, pepper, lemon pepper to taste
 "Dekoram": wedges, a / k salmon, mozzarella cheese balls, cheryy tomatoes, basil leaves - in short, everything your heart desires and tastes like!
