Vegetable stew with chicken fillet, mushrooms and basmati rice

Many people write to me saying they don't want to see chicken fillet anymore because they have already eaten it in other weight loss challenges. Well, give this stew a try -:).

 400 g Chicken fillet
 350 g Milk 2%
 250 g Mushrooms (I used champignons)
 126 g Carrot
 80 g Onion
 20 g Garlic
 30 g Spinach
 80 g Basmati rice (or other cereals)
 25 g Rice flour
 15 g Dill
 Salt, spices of your choice
Directions

First, prepare the sauce
Cut chicken fillet, mushrooms, and carrot into strips, chop onions, garlic and herbs.

Place the chicken fillet, mushrooms, carrot, onion, and garlic in a pan, add the spices and sauté, stirring occasionally.

Add the rice flour to the milk, stir and add to the sautéed chicken fillets and vegetables in the pan. Heat, stirring, until boiling. Add the greens, stir and remove from the heat.

Boil the basmati rice and mix with the sauce.
