Mushroom grubotto
Boletus! Fantastically tasty "grubotto" comes from these great mushrooms.
Those who sign up for my weight loss projects and say they don't want to see any more chicken fillet because they've had enough of it in other projects - try this one.
Marinate the chicken fillet the night before (preferably) in adzhika and mustard or in your choice of seasonings, kefir, lemon juice, etc.
On the second day, cut the chicken fillets, mushrooms and all the other vegetables into strips.
Place the mushrooms in a pan and fry/sauté until all the water has evaporated. Set the mushrooms aside. In the meantime, prepare the cereals (I poured 70g of couscous with 190g of boiling water).
Heat a frying pan with oil (20 g) and stir-fry the chicken fillets and onions. Add the sliced peppers and the frozen peas and carrots. Fry, stirring occasionally.
Add the salt, spices and fried mushrooms and mix everything.
Add the curry paste and sweet cream and mix. Put the lid on the pan and simmer for another 7-10 minutes.
