 250 g Vegetables (you can choose any)
 125 g Mocarella 17-18% (1 ball)
 100 g Skyr yogurt
 50 g Adjika (or tomato paste, sauce, etc.)

Cut and fry the mushrooms in a hot pan with a little oil.

When the water has evaporated, add the remaining vegetables, add a little water and sauté for another 10-15 minutes. Drain off the excess liquid and cool.

Finished base - kefir beaten with egg and stir in oatmeal, salt, spices. Leave for 20 minutes to swell. I still cut the basil leaves.

The dough is placed on a baking tray to form a shape you like - round or square.

Place the base in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, add yogurt, adjika, spices and mix to vegetables and mushrooms.

Place the mixed mass on the base and place in the oven again for 15 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle over grated Mozzarella and place in the oven again for 12 minutes.
