 474 g Zucchini
 250 g Kefir 0.5%
 155 g Cheese "Kimeņu" 10% (or other lean cheese)
 120 g Flour (I used corn flour)
 20 g Dill
 10 g Garlic
 5 g Oil
Ingredients for Sauce
 200 g Natural yogurt
 100 g Kefir 2%
 50 g Mayonnaise "Hellmans Lighter" 3%
 50 g Fresh cucumber
 Salt, pepper

Grate the cheese and zucchini on a grater, and add all the other ingredients, salt, and spices of your choice.

Preheat a frying pan, grease it with oil, and bake pancakes at a very low temperature.

Prepared sauce - mix all ingredients.
