
Mushroom soup with smoked chicken and vegetables
Last autumn was rich in mushrooms. We pull it out of the freezer and cook a delicious soup.
When you want something spicy, make this pizza.

Sift both flours and add salt. Add the oil to the water, add the flour, knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Mix the natural yoghurt with the adjika.
Take the dough out of the fridge, roll it out into a ~2 mm thin layer, and place it in a preheated oven at 200 °C for ~20 minutes.
Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread the adzhika-yoghurt mixture over it. Top with tomatoes, pear pieces, Gorgonzola pieces, and 10% cheese mixed with chopped scallions.
Place back in the oven and bake for ~5-7 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
