How to create the perfect body

Each of us can create an ideal body. The "shapes" of our stature are the result of our ambition, our determination and our willpower.

Any healthy person can look the way they want. Our body is like clay, which we can build however we want. It all depends on how strongly we want it.

Sometimes we just feel like we really want something, like a nice New Year's commitment - to start a "new life" - to start exercising in a month or even sooner and the purchased cardio trainers turn into expensive clothes hangers.

Well, let's say: "I want to lose weight" or "I want to see the "abdominal press cubes."

Okey. But are you ready in a month, or more often in two, three, six months:

  • Follow the regime of eating? What does it mean not only to control the intake of Kcal, but also to properly balance nutrients and regularly cook and take food to work in boxes, as otherwise it is very difficult to control Kcal and nutrients?
  • Exercise regularly. Which means - schedule regular workouts in your daily routine, regardless of any circumstances.
  • Do cardio workouts. Which, in turn, means whether you want to wear sports shoes and go running, cycling, rollerblading, rowing, swimming, etc., etc. until the body has used up its glycogen reserves and is not getting your fat.
  • Change your eating habits to keep up?

If you answered "no" to any of these questions, sorry, but You just feel like you want "abdominal press cubes” for yourself. More precisely, you like to see them in others and dream that it wouldn't be a bad idea to have such Abs cubes for yourself.... -:)

Of course, the power of thought has tremendous power, but unfortunately it is completely ineffective in cleansing and "putting" your body in order. Therefore, understand that just by wanting, the fat from your body will not disappear and the "cubes" will not arise by themselves.

So, before you put your hands down and say that nothing happened to me, make sure you really did everything, really everything, to achieve your goal?

Answer yourself, what have you done in the last 3 days to achieve what you "want"? Didn't have time to train? Was there a birthday party…? Well, what… .then you already drop the excess or those cubes not so much, do not want to… - :).
