Oatmeal porridge with natural yoghurt and raspberries

Ingredients for the 1st layer
 50 g Oat flakes
 80 g Almond milk (or regular 2% milk)
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for the top
 125 g Fresh raspberries
 100 g Natural yogurt
 15 g Whey protein (or 20 g honey or sweetener of your choice)
 5 g Caramelized walnuts
 Sweetener as needed
Directions

Pour milk over the oatmeal, add sweetener and mix everything.

Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight.

In the morning, take it out, cover with chopped raspberries (100 g), and pour yoghurt mixed with protein on top.

Put whole raspberries (25 g) on top and sprinkle with nuts.
