 800 g Peeled potatoes
 130 g Onion
 12 g Garlic
 300 g Skimmed milk curd
 250 g Minced beef end (or chicken or turkey fillet, then there will be less kcal)
 2 Eggs
 Salt, spices to taste

Grate the potatoes finely and squeeze the excess juice.

Add cottage cheese, eggs, minced tip, spices.

Fill in silicone molds (like me) or form meatballs in the shape of "pancakes" and place on a baking sheet on parchment paper.
