Dessert with rice galettes and berries
When I want something sweet but don't know what.... or don't have much time to cook, this easy and quick dessert is perfect.
Potato pancakes slimming? Why not? Because they can also be prepared in a healthy "format" :)
Grate the potatoes finely and squeeze the excess juice.
Add cottage cheese, eggs, minced tip, spices.
Fill in silicone molds (like me) or form meatballs in the shape of "pancakes" and place on a baking sheet on parchment paper.
Bake at ~ 170 degrees until browned.
