Vegetables are on my menu every day and lots! Especially prepared in this way, they are not only delicious, but also healthy!

 300 g Broccoli
 321 g Rutabaga
 299 g Pumpkin
 327 g Celery root
 180 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 25 g Garlic
 30 g Extra virgin olive oil
 1 tsp. Lemon juice
 Herbal salt, or salt of ordinary, chilli flakes (if you do not like spicy dishes, you can not put chilli, but ordinary black pepper), nutmeg, Provencal herbs, and cumin.
Directions

Prepare the dressing: Pour 30 g of oil into a small bowl. Add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and all the other seasonings. Mix everything.

Peel, cut all the vegetables and place them (except for the broccoli and peppers, which are added later) in a large bowl.

Add the prepared sauce and mix/stir thoroughly with your hands so that all the vegetables are coated with the sauce.

Fry the vegetables in a very hot pan for 5-6 minutes.

Add a little water, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer. Stir occasionally.

When the vegetables are half-cooked, add the peppers and broccoli. Mix everything thoroughly and continue to sauté until all the vegetables are cooked through.
