 300 g Broccoli
 321 g Rutabaga
 299 g Pumpkin
 327 g Celery root
 180 g Bell pepper
 25 g Garlic
 30 g Extra virgin olive oil
 1 tsp. Lemon juice
 Herbal salt, or salt of ordinary, chilli flakes (if you do not like spicy dishes, you can not put chilli, but ordinary black pepper), nutmeg, Provencal herbs, cumin.

The finished sauce - in a small bowl pour 30 g of oil. Add squeezed garlic, lemon juice, salt and all other spices. Mix everything.

Peel a squash, grate it and place it in a large bowl (except for broccoli and peppers).

Add the prepared sauce and mix / mix all the vegetables thoroughly by hand to mix with the sauce.

Put the vegetables in the maximum hot pan and fry quickly for 5-6 minutes.

Add a little water, cut off the stove temperature, put the lid on and sauté. Stir occasionally.

When the vegetables are ready, add the peppers and broccoli - mix everything thoroughly and continue to simmer until all the vegetables are ready.
