 4 x 25 g wholemeal toaster bread
 60 g Cheese 10% (or other lean cheese up to 20%)
 30 g Skimmed milk curd (2 tbsp)
 20 g Scallions
 Herb salt

Grate the cheese and mix with the cottage cheese, scallions and a little salt.

Divide the mass into 2 equal parts

Place the cheese-curd mixture on 2 slices of bread, cover with the other slice of bread and place in the sandwich toaster for a few minutes.
