 30 g Nuts (walnuts for me)
 1 tsp. Honey + water
 ½ tsp. Soda
 Cinnamon

Grate carrots on a fine grater. Stir in 2 eggs.

Chop apricots. Add apricots and cranberries to the dough.

Put the dough in the form and put in the oven at ~ 175 degrees and bake for ~ 50 minutes.

10 minutes before the end of baking, remove the cake and sprinkle with honey water.
