 100 g Kefir (2%)
 100 g Whole wheat flour (or other)
 70 g Dried fruits / berries (me apricots + dried cranberries)
 30 g Nuts (walnuts for me)
 1 tsp Honey + water
 ½ tsp Soda
 Cinnamon
Preparation

Kefir is punished and left to act.

Grate carrots on a fine grater. Stir in 2 eggs.

Eggs with carrots add flour, cinnamon.

Chop apricots. Add apricots and cranberries to the dough.

Put the dough in the form and put in the oven at ~ 175 degrees and bake for ~ 50 minutes.

10 minutes before the end of baking, remove the cake and sprinkle with honey water.
