How I like these "Smart Grains". One, two and a delicious meal ready!
Delicious whole wheat pancakes for a holiday morning.

Beat the eggs, sweetener and salt with a mixer until they increase in volume.
Continuously whisking, add cold milk, then hot water, and both types of flour.
At the end, add 20 g of oil.
Preheat the pan, pour the dough on it, and smooth it out by rotating the pan. Bake until cooked on both sides.
