Tortillas always make a great breakfast.
Porridge has become an integral part of my morning breakfast

Wash the rice and place in a saucepan with 180 g of water, a pinch of salt and cook until the water has evaporated.
Add 50 g of almond milk.And boil ready.
In parallel with cooking rice in a pan put sliced pear pieces, add a little sweetener (or syrup), cinnamon and stirring occasionally stew them soft.
Add the pears to the rice, stir, simmer with the rice for 2 minutes and - ready!
Sprinkle with caramelized walnuts (70 g walnuts + 25 g brown sugar, fried in a pan)
