
Thick soup with cabbage, mushrooms and smoked salmon
This soup is very, very low in calories and at the same time very, very tasty (the salmon adds its special flavour) and satisfyingly filling.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Set aside for ~10-15 minutes.
Divide the mixture into 5 equal parts and, using wet hands, form elongated buns. Then, roll them in the seed mix.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~30-40 minutes.
