Porridge with couscous, rutabaga, carrot, sun-dried tomatoes and cheese

An interesting combination for morning porridge, hearty and very tasty.

Ingredients
 50 g Couscous (or other cereals)
 380 g Water
 170 g Rutabaga
 80 g Carrot
 35 g Cheese 10% (or other lean cheese)
 20 g Sun-dried tomatoes
 20 g Spinach
 Salt, spices of your choice (I used: Adige salt, dried herbs, and crushed garlic)
Directions

Peel the rutabaga, cut it into small pieces and grate the carrot.

Pour 120 g boiling water over the couscous.

Put the rutabaga in a pot with ~150g of water and cook.

When the rutabaga is half soft, add the grated carrot, reduce the heat and cook until ready. Stir occasionally.

Finally stir in the couscous, spinach and grated cheese.
