Ingredients for the dough
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
 1 Egg
 10 g Coconut oil or butter (may or may not be present)
 35 g Cornmeal (or other)
 35 g Rice flour
 1 tsp Baking powder
Ingredients for filling
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 60 g Cheese Strongman (or 10% cheese SN)
 1 Egg (- egg white is added to the filling, yolk will remain smeared) or only egg white is used (~ 38 gr)
 60 g Tomato
 20 g Greens
 Salt, spices of your choice

Mix the dough ingredients and hand (you can also use molds, of course) to form "boats" with slightly damp hands directly on the baking sheet, baking paper.


Grate the cheese, mix with cottage cheese, egg whites.


Add sliced tomatoes, herbs, garlic, salt, spices.


Fill in boats and bake in the oven at ~ 175 degrees for ~ 25 minutes.
