Rice pumpkin porridge with raspberries and honey
The porridge is delicious! Adding pumpkin, both in sweet and savoury versions is a winner, as this large berry is invaluable!
Delicious, aromatic and rich prunes. And of course, very easy to prepare.

Pour the plums (if not completely fresh) with water and leave for 20 minutes. Then pour off the water.
Blend eggs and yogurt.
Add plums, sweetener as needed.
Add flour mixed with soda.
The mass is divided into molds. I got 4 big muffins.
Put in the oven at ~ 175 degrees and bake for ~ 25 -30 minutes ready.
