 1 Egg
 360 g Skimmed milk curd (I was not too "wet" or from the sachets. If I need more flour from the sachets)
 50 g Flour (any, but I had 25g of rice + 25g of cornmeal)
 20 g Dark chocolate - 4 pieces of 5g (or a berry or a piece of fruit - everything your heart desires, if you do not put anything, then, of course, there will be less Kcal)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener
Directions

Thoroughly mix cottage cheese with egg, add sweetener, vanilla, stir in flour, baking powder.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, place a piece of chocolate in the middle, form a round ball by hand

Bake in a pan under the lid at a very low temperature on both sides.
