Thick soup with cabbage, mushrooms and smoked salmon
This soup is very, very low in calories and at the same time very, very tasty (the salmon adds its special flavour) and satisfyingly filling.
Any treat for the holidays? Maybe a delicious cherry tart?

Blend eggs with cottage cheese, soft butter and sweetener.
Add flour mixed with baking powder to the mixture. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and put it in a tart form, forming "boards". Place the berries on the bottom of the tart (unfreeze them first and drain off excess juice).
Blend 4 eggs with 220 g curd and 120 g milk, sweetener and starch.
Pour the mass over the berries and put in the oven at 170 °C and bake for ~40-45 minutes.

My best meditation is creating new cakes.

Everyone always tastes pizza. And it is good that it can be prepared from almost everything that can be found in the refrigerator… As of this time. 🙂

I really like tarts. Both sweet and savoury. Because they always turn out delicious and very, very filling!
