I offer another nice recipe for homemade bread. And, of course, with great nutritional value!

Delicious wholemeal bread with seeds

 1 Egg
 350 g Natural yogurt or kefir (I put 250g yogurt + 100g kefir)
 300 g ilti (I put 150g whole wheat + 150g rye flour)
 10 g Baking powder
 40 g Various seeds (sesame, linseed, sunflower, pumpkin)
 Salt, dried herbs of choice
Directions

Mix the egg with yogurt / kefir. Add the seeds.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, spices. Add egg yogurt to the mass. Mix everything.

The dough gets sticky. With a wet hand form a loaf, "smeared", sprinkled with seeds.

Bake at ~ 180 degrees for ~ 40-45 minutes.

When ready - remove, wrap in a towel and leave to cool until morning.
