Healthy bun with bran and flax seeds without flour and eggs
A very healthy, home-baked bread with a lot of fiber.
If there are pumpkins - have to fry again - :)
The pumpkin is either cooked or baked in the oven. Cool.
Add eggs, flour, spices, sweetener and blend.
Add eggs, sweetener, vanilla, flour to the cottage cheese - all is blended.
Take the form and put alternately one spoon of curd mass, the other pumpkin, then on top of where the curd spoon, put the pumpkin mass, then again the curd, then the pumpkin - it is repeated until both masses are in the baking form.
You can draw a drawing with a thin stick.
Put in the oven at ~ 170-175 degrees ready. I bake at 170 degrees for 60 minutes.

In summer, desserts with lots of fruits and berries are in demand. Delicious cake with a mild taste of peach, raspberry, and coconut.
I miss the sun and warmth so much... I create spring with the help of colors on my plate.
