Tart with peaches and blueberries (no baking)

No baking, but, well, a very tasty and waist-friendly piece of cake.

Ingredients (diameter 18 cm)
 300 g Ripe peaches (pitted), or other fruits, berries
 150 g Water
 150 g Natural yoghurt (I use Actifeel Greek style)
 120 g Muesli "Graci" with a taste of coarse bread
 80 g Large blueberries
 60 g Banana
 12 g Gelatin
 50 g Water
 Sweetener of your choice

Blend the banana and muesli until smooth.

Cut the peaches into small pieces, place in a saucepan, add water (~150 g) and cook over low heat. When the peaches are soft, blend them with a blender and set aside to cool.

Place the muesli-banana mixture on the bottom of the mould and tamp it forming small 'borders'.

Pour 50 g water over 12 g gelatine.

Add the yoghurt to the cooled peach puree, stir or beat with a blender.

Add the gelatine dissolved in the hot water bath (or in the microwave). Mix everything together and pour into the mould. Place in the fridge to firm up.
