 100 g Natural yogurt
 100 g Kefir (or just yogurt, or just kefir)
 30 g Chia seeds (2 tbsp)
 100 g Raspberries
 100 g Peach (or any other fruit)
 15 g Walnuts
 Sweetener of your choice (20g of honey will have an additional 63 Kcal, 30g will have an additional 94 Kcal)

Mix kefir with yogurt. Add honey (or sweetener) and chia seeds. Refrigerate for ~ 1 hour. Remove, mix and return until morning.

Put 1/3 of yogurt in a bowl with swollen chia seeds, half of the fruit / berries (I bleached the peach, I left the raspberries whole), sprinkled with 1/3 of the nuts.

Put again on top of the second third of yogurt with seeds, berries, nuts.

On top of the remaining yogurt and nuts.
