Rhubarb, strawberries - the first fruits of our latitudes in spring - summer. Let's put them to work! Managed a fantastically delicious and healthy pie!
When it's time for berries and fruits, you want to use them every day, a lot and everywhere. And even at a good lunch!
Mix kefir with yogurt. Add honey (or sweetener) and chia seeds. Refrigerate for ~ 1 hour. Remove, mix and return until morning.
Put 1/3 of yogurt in a bowl with swollen chia seeds, half of the fruit / berries (I bleached the peach, I left the raspberries whole), sprinkled with 1/3 of the nuts.
Put again on top of the second third of yogurt with seeds, berries, nuts.
On top of the remaining yogurt and nuts.
