Any treat for the holidays? Maybe a delicious cherry tart?
Sometimes you can already afford to eat live "sugar" - if it is combined with less "unhealthy" products, it results in nothing.
Whipped egg whites in a stiff foam.
Gradually add icing sugar to the spoon. Foam until the mass becomes thick, shiny.
Stir in roasted, slightly chopped nuts.
Place with a spoon on a baking sheet and form 4 round cookies, forming a small hole in the middle.
Bake at ~ 185 degrees for ~ 25-30 minutes.
do not take outside, leave to cool.
Whipped cottage cheese with fresh cream cheese, adding sweetener.
Put cream on the cakes, arrange the berries on top. (note: the cream is placed just before serving, otherwise it will "eat" the meringue).
