 10 g Oil (I put coconut oil)
 30 g Cocoa
 120 g Banana
 20 g Honey
 25 g Walnuts
 25 g Raisins
 Sweetener (if necessary)
Ingredients for Decor
 40 g Dark chocolate
 15 g Milk
 20 g Walnuts

Yogurt is added to the penalty and set aside.
