 70 g Dates
 110 g Banana
 70 g Natural yogurt
 70 g Whole wheat flour
 10 g Cocoa
 1 tsp. Cinnamon
 ½ tsp. Soda

Directions

Dates aplej with water and leave for 30 minutes.
