Salad with Salmon, Couscous, and Spinach
A delicious, tasty, and filling salad. And it couldn't be easier to make.
My taste buds are cheering! Very, very tasty!

Pour hot water over the dates and let them soak.
Cook the cherries with the sweetener, add the starch mixed with water and cook until the mixture thickens. Set aside to cool.
Blend the biscuits with a blender. Blend in the soaked dates (squeeze out any excess water beforehand) and mix with the biscuits. Knead a sticky mass with your hands.
Whip the culinary curd with vanilla, sweet cream and sweetener.
Divide the biscuit-date mixture between the tins and form baskets.
Place the cooked cherries in a basket and top with the cream.
It is preferable to cook just before serving, for the biscuits soften soon.
