 60 g Milk or kefir
 50 g Oat flakes
 A little salt, a little sweetener

 30 g Fresh cheese "Latgale" or "White" or Philadelphia
 50 g Tomato

All pancake ingredients are blended and left for 20 minutes to allow the flakes to swell.
