Ingredients for pancakes
 1 Egg
 60 g Milk or kefir
 50 g Oat flakes
 A little salt, a little sweetener
Ingredients for filling
 30 g Fresh cheese "Latgale" or "White" or Philadelphia
 50 g Tomato
Preparation

All pancake ingredients are blended and left for 20 minutes to allow the flakes to swell.

Pour the dough into a pan and fry the pancake on both sides in a very small flame.

Cool slightly and smear with cheese, put lettuce, sprinkle with onions and put the tomato slices.
Flip.
