 133 g Peppers (or other vegetables such as cucumbers)
 50 g Scallions
 30 g Spinach
 15 g Dill
 Garlic
 Herb salt, lemon pepper

Evaporate the salmon in a pan under the lid, cool, cut into small pieces.
