 50 g Whole oat flakes
 120 g Water
 200 g "Valio Pro feel" yoghurt with flavourings (Or make your own protein yoghurt - add 15 g Whey protein to 150 g natural yoghurt)
 60 g Berries or fruits (raspberries for me)
 10 g Honey
Directions

Prepare the oatmeal (by boiling or pouring boiling water over the oatmeal and swelling, or by adding 120 g water and a little sweetener to 50 g oatmeal and putting it in the microwave for 1.5 minutes).

Place the berries (or grated apples, with cinnamon and sweetener) on top of the oatmeal and drizzle with honey (10 g).

Top with yoghurt.
