Tarte with cumin cheese and mushrooms
I've found a dough for tarts that I really like. Since there is still cumin cheese left in the house, I found a great way to "dispose of" it in the salty tart.
When tired, boiled chicken fillet gets tired to death - :)

Chicken fillet is marinated in spices (I usually do it the night before: mustard + adjika + Mexican chicken seasoning).
Cut the vegetables, grate the cheese. Mix everything.
Cut the chicken fillet in the middle and on the side, open and fill with vegetables.
Tomato cut into slices. At the bottom of the bowl put tomato slices, on top of chicken fillets.
Put in the oven for ~ 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Delicious and even greener… - :)

Cherry and boiled milk cream tart with delicate meringue cap.

Something new and a little different. I know that there are many people, especially young students, who have not yet bought an oven, just have this "appliance", but want some goodies. I hope you enjoy this cake.
