Today I pamper myself and my loved one with a delicious and, of course, healthy meal. And as always, easy and fast.

Ingredients
 370 g Chicken fillet
 200 g Broccoli
 100 g Green peas
 90 g Whole grain couscous
 200 g Hot water
 90 g Onion
 20 g Pūre adjika
 15 g Mustard
 5 g Oil
 Herb salt, chilli, curry to taste
Directions

The chicken fillet is marinated in adjika and mustard the day before.

Divide the broccoli into rosettes and steam it together with the peas. If there is no steam boiler, you can evaporate a small amount of water under the lid in a pan.

Cut the onion finer, cut the chicken fillet into strips and fry them in a strongly heated pan.

Add turmeric, chilli (I like spicy dishes, so "play" with spices yourself)

Sprinkle couscous with boiling water, place on a plate and leave to swell.

When the chicken fillet is ready, add the broccoli with peas, couscous - mix everything.
