Stuffed chicken fillet with broccoli and spinach
When bored, bored to death of the usual chicken fillet…. it should be prepared like this. And then even the biggest skeptic will praise it...
This is another indescribably delicious treat! I recommend making it!

Beat 4 eggs in a large bowl. Add 100 g egg white, 300 g kefir, curd and sweetener. Blend everything into a smooth mixture.
Stir fresh Ricotta cheese into the mixture.
Add the oat flakes, baking powder and cornflour. Set aside for 15 minutes to allow the oat flakes to swell. Meanwhile, cut the cheese and pears.
Add the cheese and pear to the batter. Mix and pour into a baking tin.
Bake in the oven at ~170–175 °C for ~40–45 minutes (until the top is lightly browned).

A thick, rich, and delicious soup with salmon and spinach.

For a long time, I wanted to make something like this to show once again that we can eat potatoes, and this does not harm our weight.

My favorite "mayonnaise" dip sauce.
