Avocado "mayonnaise", dip sauce

My favorite "mayonnaise" dip sauce.

Ingredients
 110 g Ready avocado
 100 g 0.5 % kefir
 100 g Natural yogurt Skyr
 20 g Garlic (here, of course, everyone can regulate themselves - I wanted some…)
 20 g Kinza (coriander)
 20 g Spinach (greens can be chosen by others or those currently available)
 1 tsp Honey
 1 tsp Mustard
 Salt or herb salt to taste
Preparation

Peel an avocado and remove the stone.

Avocado cut into smaller pieces and chop the greens.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and blend into a homogeneous mass with a hand blender until a creamy sauce is obtained.
