I made this delicacy from what was left in the fridge. My "Slimming Team" affectionately called it "Siereli." May it stay that way!
My favorite "mayonnaise" dip sauce.

Peel an avocado and remove the stone.
Avocado cut into smaller pieces and chop the greens.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and blend into a homogeneous mass with a hand blender until a creamy sauce is obtained.
