Oatmeal pancake with cottage cheese and cheese

Do you like pancakes in the morning? Oh yes, me too. Before that, I made something similar with a tortilla, but you can also bake your own healthy pancake.

Oatmeal pancake with cottage cheese and cheese
Servings1 Serving
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
 1 Egg
 40 g Oat flakes
 120 g Buttermilk or kefir
 50 g Skimmed milk curd
 20 g 10% cheese, green onions
 Spices of your choice
Directions
1

Mix the egg with buttermilk or kefir.

2

Add oatmeal, a little salt. Leave to swell slightly.

3

Pour into a heated pan with minimal oil smear (or, if there is a good pan, of course, do not smear) and bake at low temperature ready.

4

I do not turn the other way. Put cottage cheese with cheese on one side and fold the pancake in half.

5

Put the lid on the pan and let the cheese melt.
